COCOA HAZELNUT BISCOTTI

Prepare Master Recipe:

to the butter and egg mixture, add;

1 Tablespoon strong coffee

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Tablespoon Frangellico

 

To the flour mixture, add:

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

To the dough add:

2-4 Tablespoon mini Chocolate chips

1 cup toasted and skins removed hazelnuts.

(To remove skins, heat oven to 350, place nuts on cookie sheet, and toast until fragrant (10) minutes.  Place nuts on towel, and rub skins off).

bake 25 minutes, and proceed with Master recipe
